 Council of Ministries

1. The Council consists of eleven Umbran clan's representatives.

2. The Council acts as the King's Advisor and holds legislative power, not executive nor judicial.

3. Each clan delegates two representatives to the Council, one man and one woman, and their vote is counted as one.

4. Meetings of the Council are obligatory; Council members cannot delegate others as their replacement, also, those missing meetings can be removed from the Council for neglecting their duties.

5. No official can hold more than one position of public importance, either within a clan or at court.

6. Each clan is responsible for a respective department of public needs called a Ministry and those are as follows:

Gwaithenruin - Ministry of Agriculture
Dwinanea - Ministry of Treasury
Bowman - Ministry of Trade
Moretti - Ministry of Defense
Weaver - Ministry of Justice
Feachnoiri - Ministry of Infrastructure
Chattes - Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Lughnor - Ministry of Magic
